Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Solar EPC projects from planning to commissioning.
- Plan project schedule, manpower, materials and site execution.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, subcontractors and internal teams.
- Supervise solar module, structure, inverter, AC/DC, cabling, earthing and electrical installation.
- Ensure project completion within Time, Cost, Quality & Safety targets.
- Handle testing, commissioning, DISCOM/CEI coordination and project handover.
- Monitor project progress, material consumption and site quality.
- Prepare project reports, documentation and MIS.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues effectively.

Qualification:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in any specialization.
- Preferred Experience: Hands-on experience in Solar Rooftop Installation, Solar PV Project Design,



and Ground-Mounted Solar Projects, including site execution and project coordination.
- Strong knowledge of Solar PV, Electrical Systems and EPC execution.
- Good MS Excel and reporting skills.
- Good communication and team-management skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
