Job Summary

We are looking for an Air Export Executive with minimum 1 year of experience in air export operations. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of day-to-day air export activities and be comfortable coordinating with exporters, airlines, IATA agents, CHA teams, and overseas customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with exporters, airlines, shippers, consignees, overseas customers, and IATA agents for smooth shipment execution.
- Coordinate with IATA agents for booking and booking release.
- Handle carting and shipment-related activities.
- Prepare and verify Air Waybill (AWB) drafts and other required export documentation.
- Coordinate with the CHA team for customs clearance formalities.
- Ensure timely completion of customs clearance and export documentation.
- Maintain and update House Master / HAWB-MAWB related documentation and records.
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day air export activities from booking to shipment handover.




- Follow up with airlines, agents, and customers to ensure shipments move as per schedule.
- Resolve operational/documentation issues through effective coordination with all stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Air Export / Freight Forwarding.
- Valuable knowledge of air export procedures and documentation.
- Familiarity with AWB preparation, carting, customs clearance, and IATA coordination.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines.
- Experience in handling HAWB/MAWB / House Master activities will be preferred.
