Job Summary

KVM Hospital is looking for a responsible and dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate staff and support teams, ensure proper maintenance of the premises, and maintain smooth and efficient operations.

The ideal candidate should have good leadership and communication skills, be capable of handling staff effectively, and be willing to take responsibility for day-to-day site activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities at the assigned site.
- Monitor staff, workers, housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other support personnel as required.
- Ensure proper attendance, discipline, and allocation of duties.
- Monitor cleanliness, safety, and overall condition of the premises.




- Coordinate with hospital management and different departments for operational requirements.
- Identify and report maintenance, safety, or operational issues to management.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work and responsibilities.
- Monitor the proper use of materials, equipment, and other resources.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers when required.
- Maintain daily records, attendance, checklists, and operational reports.
- Handle staff-related issues and escalate important matters to management.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma CIVIL or B Tch Civil qualification.
- Previous experience in site supervision, facility management, hospital operations, housekeeping supervision, security supervision, or a similar role will be preferred.
