Product Support Advocate – Technical & Gaming SupportJob Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Support Advocate to provide technical and customer support for Microsoft products and gaming services. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, assisting customers with product and account-related queries, and delivering a smooth customer experience through phone and chat support.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers through phone and chat.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft products, software, hardware, and gaming services.
- Assist customers with Xbox and gaming-related technical issues.
- Handle queries related to billing, subscriptions, payments, refunds, and accounts.
- Guide customers through product setup, configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical customers.
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in the support/ticketing system.
- Follow troubleshooting procedures and escalate complex issues when required.




- Aim for first-contact resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Handle "How-To" queries and guide customers through self-service resources.
