Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the implementation of TRIRIGA Access Control system across multiple sites, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Provide technical support to end-users on TRIRIGA software, troubleshooting issues and resolving queries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs using TRIRIGA tools.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of access control systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements :
- 1-12 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Solid understanding of TRIRIGA Access Control system architecture and functionality.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
