Sales & Marketing Executive Company: Ashpura Real Estate Consultant Location: Santacruz, Mumbai

Job Description We are looking for a confident, energetic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join Ashpura Real Estate Consultant. The role will involve handling existing clients, generating current leads, cold calling, follow-ups, property visits and assisting in closing deals. The candidate will get practical exposure to the complete real estate business and will learn how a deal is handled from the first client conversation to the final closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with existing clients and maintain good relationships.
- Connect with new clients through calls, references and other sources.
- Generate leads through cold calling and business development activities.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Coordinate and conduct property/site visits.
- Regularly follow up with clients and property owners.
- Assist in negotiations and understand the complete deal-closing process.
- Coordinate with clients,



owners and other parties until the transaction is completed.
- Promote and market available properties through WhatsApp, social media and other channels.
- Maintain basic records of leads, client requirements and follow-ups.
- Gradually take responsibility for handling clients and day-to-day sales activities. Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Confident while speaking with new people.
- Willingness to learn and build a career in real estate. Good follow-up and convincing skills. Comfortable with field work and travelling for property visits.
