About the Role
Kalchuri SR Group is hiring a Sales Executive for its insurance and loan business. The role involves customer calling, lead generation, follow-ups, explaining suitable products and supporting sales conversion.
This position is suitable for candidates looking to build their career in Sales, Business Development, Insurance Sales and Financial Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with prospective customers
- Generate and qualify sales leads
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable insurance/loan products
- Follow up with interested customers and support sales conversion
- Handle basic customer queries and maintain customer relationships
- Maintain lead and customer records using MS Excel / MS Office
- Assist with required documentation and coordinate with the concerned team
- Invite or coordinate customer office visits when required
Requirements
- Graduate in any stream
- 6 months–1 year experience in Sales, Business Development, Insurance, Loan or Financial Services preferred
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups and sales targets
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel
- Freshers with good communication skills and a genuine interest in sales may also be considered
Compensation
₹12,000–₹25,000 per month + Target-Based Incentives
Salary will depend on relevant experience, skills and suitability for the role.
