- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, business development, property consulting, or channel sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients/tenants.
- Comfortable conducting property/site visits and client meetings.
- Robust follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage.
