About us:
Agentic Brains AI builds AI workflow-automation agents — lead-gen, sales, marketing, and appointment-booking — for businesses, on n8n and low-code platforms. You'll work directly with the founder and own how we win new clients.

What you'll own
- Lead sourcing:
Every day, hunt for businesses posting AI-automation / SaaS-integration needs across freelance marketplaces, automation communities, agency directories, and bid boards (full list below). Build a target list of outbound prospects using Apollo and LinkedIn.
- Outreach:
Submit solid proposals on marketplaces; run personalized outbound across email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp; engage in communities where buyers ask for help.
- Qualification:
Filter leads for budget, real need, decision-maker, and fit. Book discovery calls only with qualified prospects.
- Sales support & closing:
Run first calls, prepare proposals/quotes, coordinate demos with the founder, follow up relentlessly, negotiate, and close.
- Pipeline hygiene:




Keep every lead's status accurate in the CRM and send a weekly pipeline report.

What we're looking for
- Excellent written and spoken English; confident on calls with business owners. (Hindi + Telugu a strong plus for India outreach.)
- Relentless follow-up — you don't wait, and you don't stop after one unanswered message.
- Comfortable writing proposals and speaking to founders/decision-makers.
- Organized; can juggle many leads and channels at once.
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, basic CRM, and learning tools like Apollo and LinkedIn.
- Target-driven; takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions.
- A basic understanding of AI automation / no-code (or eagerness to learn it fast) so you can speak credibly about what we sell
