We are looking for a Quality Engineer (BE/Diploma Mechanical) to join our Quality Department in an Automotive CNC Manufacturing workplace. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting machined components, maintaining quality standards, and supporting production in achieving customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Inspect CNC machined components as per drawings and specifications.

2. Perform dimensional inspection using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, and other measuring instruments.

3. Understand and interpret mechanical engineering drawings and tolerances.

4. Perform in-process and final inspection of components.

5. Maintain inspection reports and quality records.

6. Identify and report dimensional and visual defects.

7. Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.

Coordinate with CNC production operators and supervisors to resolve quality problems.

9. Follow 5S, safety, and quality procedures.

10.Ensure components meet customer and internal quality requirements.

Required Skills :

1. Diploma/BE in Mechanical Engineering. Freshers are welcome to apply.

2. Basic knowledge of CNC machining and automotive components.

3. Good understanding of engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.

4. Basic knowledge of measuring instruments. Good observation and problem-solving skills.

5. Willingness to work in a CNC production environment and shifts.

6.Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
