Role Purpose

We are seeking a Credit Risk Analytics Analyst to support portfolio credit risk analytics across the account lifecycle, including acquisitions, account management, and collections, for a US credit card portfolio. The role will leverage advanced analytics, statistical modelling, and machine learning to generate actionable insights, improve credit risk strategies, and strengthen portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze portfolio performance across key credit risk metrics, including approval rates,



line assignment, utilization, delinquency, roll rates, losses, and charge-offs.

Support the development, monitoring, validation, and performance assessment of credit risk scorecards and underwriting strategies.

Conduct customer and account segmentation, vintage analysis, champion/challenger testing, and policy impact analysis.

Evaluate credit strategies and identify opportunities to optimize risk-adjusted portfolio growth and profitability.

Analyze credit bureau and internal account data to identify trends, risk drivers, and emerging portfolio risks.

Apply statistical modeling, machine learning, and Al techniques to enhance risk models, decisioning strategies, and analytical insights.

Partner with Credit Risk, Data Science, Product, Marketing, and Business teams to translate analytical findings

into effective business recommendations.
