Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Branch Head to manage overall branch operations, drive business growth, lead the team, and maintain robust customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in branch management, sales, business development, or financial services.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive branch sales, revenue, customer acquisition, and business growth.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the branch team.
- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor individual and team performance.
- Handle key customers and resolve customer escalations effectively.
- Identify opportunities to increase business and market presence.




- Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in branch management, sales, business development, or relationship management.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Strong sales orientation and business acumen.
- Ability to manage targets and team performance.
- Candidates from BFSI, Retail, Financial Services, NBFC, or Consumer Products backgrounds will be preferred.
