We're hiring an
Inventory Management Executive
to own stock across our website and marketplaces.

What you'll do
- Track and reconcile inventory across Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra to prevent stock-outs and overselling
- Keep stock levels synced and accurate across all sales channels in real time
- Onboard new collections and SKUs into the system with correct stock data
- Coordinate with warehouse and ops on inward stock, replenishment,



and dispatch readiness
- Plan stock for launches, festive edits, and sale periods alongside marketing
- Maintain reports on stock levels, sales velocity, ageing inventory, and reorder points
- Monitor listing health and pricing; maintain reports on stock, sales velocity, ageing inventory, and reorder points
- Audit and flag discrepancies before they cost sales

What we're looking for
- 1–3 years in inventory management or e-commerce operations
- Hands-on with Shopify admin and marketplace seller panels
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfortable managing large SKU sets
- Detail-obsessed, organised, and calm under high-volume operations
- Bonus: fashion/apparel D2C experience, or tools like Unicommerce/EasyEcom
