About the Sales & Business Development Manager position

EarthNWe is a design-led lifestyle brand that specializes in cane and natural-material furniture and décor items. We are expanding our B2B business and are looking for an ambitious Sales & Business Development Manager to lead our growth across South India.

The Chance

This position is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys building relationships, finding new business opportunities, and closing projects. You will work closely with hotels, resorts, cafés, restaurants, architects, interior designers, hospitality consultants, and commercial spaces to establish Earthnwe as a preferred furniture partner.

What You Will Do
- Develop B2B sales across South India, with Bengaluru as the base.
- Identify and acquire new clients in the hospitality, F&B;, commercial, and institutional segments.
- Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and hospitality procurement teams.
- Generate leads and identify upcoming projects where Earthnwe products can be specified.
- Present Earthnwe's collections,



materials, and customization capabilities to clients and design professionals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle - from lead generation and meetings to quotations, negotiations, and order closure.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and client database.
- Develop repeat business and referrals from existing clients.
- Travel extensively across South India to meet clients and develop new markets.
- Work closely with the design, production, and management teams to execute projects successfully.

Who We Are Looking For
- 4–8 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or project sales.
- Experience in furniture, interiors, décor, lighting, furnishings, building materials, or other design-led products is preferred.
- Experience dealing with architects, interior designers, hotels, resorts, restaurants, or commercial projects will be a major advantage.
