Key Responsibilities
- Operate OSD manufacturing equipment such as:
- Rapid Mixer Granulator (RMG)
- Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD)
- Blenders
- Compression Machines
- Coating Machines
- Operate and maintain granulation, compression, coating, and tableting machines to ensure efficient production.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure quality control measures are in place to meet regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and improve process efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of production data and inventory management.

Educational Qualification
- B. Pharma/Diploma /ITI
- Relevant technical training in pharmaceutical manufacturing is an advantage

Experience
- 03 to 10 years of experience in OSD pharmaceutical production
- Hands-on experience with OSD equipment is preferred

Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of OSD manufacturing processes
- Understanding of cGMP, SOPs, and safety norms
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Positive documentation practices
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work in shifts
