Role Description
The Business Development Associate (BDA) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Varanasi. The BDA will identify and pursue current business opportunities, generate leads, and build relationships with potential customers interested in solar energy solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting clients, explaining product offerings and benefits, preparing proposals and quotations,



and coordinating with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely project execution. The role involves conducting market research, attending local events or meetings to promote the brand, and maintaining detailed records of interactions and sales activities. The BDA is expected to achieve sales targets, provide regular performance reports, and offer feedback to improve sales strategies and customer experience.
