About the Role

We are a UK-based retail group with stores in London, setting up a

dispatch and stock-processing department at our Delhi premises. We need an

experienced In-Charge to own the entire operation end to end.

Key Responsibilities

Receive stock from multiple vendors and verify quantities against purchase orders

Oversee barcoding of all incoming stock

Ensure product photography is completed and uploaded to our ERP system

Create Goods-in-Transit (GIT) receipts in the ERP for shipments from Delhi to our

London stores

Supervise a computer operator handling data entry and supplier ledgers

Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and our UK head office

Maintain accurate stock records and resolve discrepancies promptly





Requirements

3–7 years of experience in warehouse/dispatch/stock management, preferably in

garments or fashion retail

Solid understanding of inward/outward stock processes, barcoding, and dispatch

documentation

Comfortable working on ERP/inventory software (we use Wiz App ERP — full training

provided; experience on any ERP such as Tally, Busy, Marg, Logic, or similar is

acceptable)

Ability to manage a small team and take full ownership

Basic English communication (for coordination with UK office)

Export/dispatch documentation experience is a plus
