Location: One Lodha Place, Lower Parel (West), Mumbai
Experience: 47 Years
Salary: 45,000–80,000 per month
Working Hours: Monday–Saturday | 9:30 AM–6:30 PM
4th Saturday Off

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Architect to lead architectural projects from concept design through execution. The ideal candidate should have strong design, technical, coordination, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead design development from concept to construction documentation
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction details
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams
- Conduct client meetings and presentations
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and approval requirements




- Monitor site progress and resolve design or technical issues
- Guide and mentor junior architects and design team members
- Maintain project timelines, quality standards, and documentation
- Participate in design discussions and project strategy

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)
- 4–7 years of professional experience in architecture or design firms

Must-Have Skills
- Strong AutoCAD proficiency (mandatory)
- Knowledge of SketchUp / Revit
- Good understanding of construction drawings and detailing
- Strong project coordination skills
- Excellent design, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
- Robust communication and client management skills
