Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and motivated Training Manager to manage and coordinate training activities across our Academy, Study Abroad, and Migration divisions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning training programs, coordinating trainers and students, monitoring training quality, and ensuring effective learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and coordinate training programs for the Academy, Study Abroad, and Migration divisions.
- Identify training needs based on student, staff, and business requirements.
- Develop training schedules, course plans, learning materials, and training calendars.
- Coordinate with trainers, faculty, counsellors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of programs.
- Monitor trainer performance and ensure training sessions meet required quality standards.
- Track student attendance, participation, progress, assessments, and feedback.




- Conduct regular reviews to evaluate training effectiveness and learning outcomes.
- Coordinate workshops, seminars, orientation programs, webinars, and career-development sessions.
- Support the development and updating of course content and training materials.
- Collect and analyse student feedback and implement improvements where required.
- Maintain training records, reports, schedules, and performance documentation.
- Coordinate with the Counselling, Admissions, Marketing, Operations, and Management teams.
- Support student engagement, retention, and successful completion of training programs.
- Prepare regular training reports and provide updates to management.
- Ensure training activities are completed according to schedules and organizational standards.

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Management, Training & Development, or a related field.
