Job Title: Telecaller / Customer Support ExecutiveJob Summary

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will make phone calls to customers to provide information about our products/services, answer their questions, and help build positive relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Make Phone Calls: Reach out to prospective or existing customers using a given list.
- Explain Products/Services: Clearly inform customers about our offerings, deals, and advantages.
- Answer Questions: Respond politely to customer queries and solve basic problems.
- Collect Feedback: Take notes on what customers say and update their contact details in our records.
- Follow Up: Call interested customers back to close a sale or schedule appointments.





Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (10+2 / Graduate).
- Communication: Good speaking skills in [Language, e.g., English /Malayalam Language].
- People Skills: Polite, patient, and able to handle rejection calmly.
- Basic Computer Knowledge: Ability to enter data into spreadsheets or a simple software tool.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome (Prior experience in sales/calling is a plus).

Pay: ₹8,870.02 - ₹28,774.21 per month
