Job Summary

We are looking for a Tour Consultant to handle domestic and international tour package coordination, itinerary preparation, customer consultation, and travel arrangements. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, destination knowledge, and the ability to coordinate complete travel packages from enquiry to booking.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries for domestic and international tour packages.
- Understand customer travel requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Prepare customized day-wise travel itineraries based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate hotels, flights, transfers, sightseeing, activities, and other travel services.
- Prepare and share quotations and package details with customers.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, transport providers, and other travel partners.
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Manage booking confirmations, vouchers, tickets, and travel documents.
- Provide customers with complete information regarding destinations, inclusions, exclusions, and travel requirements.




- Handle changes, cancellations, amendments, and customer queries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, payments, and customer details.
- Ensure smooth coordination before and during the customer's trip.
- Stay updated on popular domestic and international destinations, travel packages, and seasonal offers.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in tour operations, travel consultancy, or travel agency is preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Experience in itinerary preparation and tour package coordination.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and travel-related software/tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet booking/sales targets.
