What You'll Do
- Process HR transactions in Workday, including but not limited to new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, and salary changes.
- Keep data consistency in the HRIS system by verifying that all employee records are accurate and regularly updated.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other collaborators to support HR initiatives and projects.




- Assist employees with Workday-related queries and provide mentorship on HR processes and policies.
- Develop reports and review HR data to facilitate decision-making and optimize processes.
- Stay current with Workday updates and guidelines, participating in relevant training and development opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
- Demonstrated capability to uphold data accuracy and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with HR Business Partners and other collaborators.
- Strong problem-solving skills to support employees with HR-related questions.
- Capability to produce and evaluate HR reports to assist in making decisions.
- Dedication to staying updated with Workday guidelines and relevant training.
