Financial Reporting & Analysis:
Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and potential risks.
Prepare insightful financial reports and presentations for management.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
Develop and implement annual budgets and forecasts.
Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast, and take corrective actions as needed.
Analyze variances and provide explanations to management.




Cost Control & Costing:
Implement cost control measures to optimize expenses and improve profitability.
Develop and maintain accurate cost accounting systems.
Analyze cost drivers and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
Compliance & Regulatory Reporting:
Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
Prepare and file statutory and regulatory reports on time.
Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities.
Team Management:
Lead and manage a team of finance professionals.
Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members.
Foster a positive and collaborative work setting.
Financial Strategy & Decision Support:
Provide strategic financial advice to management.
Support business decisions with sound financial analysis.
Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities.
