Position: IT Sales / SaaS Sales Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an MBA professional with strong IT/SaaS sales experience to drive new business, build enterprise relationships, and achieve revenue targets for our SaaS-based technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, and networking.
- Manage the complete B2B SaaS sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Identify prospects and engage with CXO, IT, Compliance, Security, and Business stakeholders.
- Conduct product presentations, discovery meetings, and SaaS product demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technology solutions.
- Prepare proposals, commercial quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients.




- Maintain sales pipeline and activities through CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Work closely with Pre-Sales, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams.

Required Skills
- MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT Sales / SaaS Sales / B2B Technology Sales.
- Strong understanding of SaaS and enterprise technology solutions.
- Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, product demos, negotiation, and closing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Robust consultative selling and relationship-management abilities.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar.
- Ability to independently manage the sales cycle and meet targets.

Preferred Experience
- Experience selling Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, GRC, Compliance, Cloud, or Enterprise SaaS products.
