Role & responsibilities

A tour manager handles all the logistics and planning for a trip on the tour. They make sure travel, hotels, schedules, and daily operations run smoothly so that travelers can enjoy the experience of the trip. Fixing sudden travel snags. Group handling - keeping people informed about local customs, safety rules, and daily plans. Compiling all receipts, bills, and final financial reports. Collecting reviews and notes from travelers or clients.
