About the Role
We're looking for a Salesforce DevOps Engineer with hands-on Copado experience to manage our CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and environment management across Salesforce orgs.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Copado for Salesforce deployments
- Manage source control, branching strategies, and version control (Git) integrated with Copado
- Automate deployments, environment provisioning, and back-promotions across sandboxes/production
- Set up and maintain Copado pipelines, user stories, and deployment tasks
- Troubleshoot deployment failures, metadata conflicts, and merge issues
- Implement quality gates: static code analysis, test automation, and Copado Quality Gates
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, and QA teams to streamline release cycles
- Monitor and optimize release velocity, reduce deployment failures, and enforce DevOps best practices




- Maintain documentation for pipelines, processes, and rollback procedures

Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience with Copado (Copado CI/CD, Copado Essentials, or Copado 1GP/2GP)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata, sandboxes, and deployment lifecycle
- Experience with Git-based version control (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket)
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX (SFDX) and second-generation packaging (2GP)
- Understanding of Apex, Lightning components, and Salesforce configuration (not mandatory to code, but must understand impact)
- Experience with automated testing tools (Copado Robotic Testing / Selenium is a plus)
- Robust troubleshooting skills for deployment and merge conflicts

Good to Have
- Copado certification (Copado Certified Administrator / Developer)
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer I)
- Exposure to other DevOps tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Gearset)
- Agile/Scrum experience
