About the Role

Provide technical support for software products and generate leads from incoming enquiries, if require arrange software demo and handle deployments, troubleshoot issues, assist clients with installations and training, and coordinate with development teams to ensure smooth product implementation.

Requirements
- BE / B.Tech, Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), BBA/MBA.
- Basic knowledge of C / C++ and OOPS concepts.
- Basic to Intermediate knowledge of MySql.
- Understanding of software deployment and troubleshooting
- Basic networking knowledge
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam, English.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for software applications and deployments
- Handle customer support calls, critical issues, and escalation management
- Perform software installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and deployment activities
- Verify, package,



and manually deploy: Database backups/restorations ,MySql scripts, APIs, Windows services ,Executable files (EXE), Software patches and updates
- Troubleshoot deployment and client environment-related issues
- Coordinate with development teams for issue fixing and requirement implementation
- Collect and document client requirements and feedback
- Conduct product demonstrations (POC), client presentations, and end-user training
- Follow up with customers for AMC renewals and support activities
- Prepare and maintain client satisfaction reports
- Support network-related troubleshooting at a basic level
- Handle client communication professionally during critical situations

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
