About the Role

We are looking for a
dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive
to drive business growth in the
Metal and Heavy Engineering sector
.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in
market research, lead generation, customer mapping, appointment generation, RFQ/inquiry generation, and business development
within the metal industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the




Metal and Heavy Engineering industry
.
- Conduct
market research, lead generation, contact discovery, and customer mapping
.
- Generate
RFQs and business inquiries
for Greenfield, Brownfield, Plant Expansion, Industrial Installation, Machine Relocation, Project Management, Shutdown, and Maintenance projects.
- Schedule customer meetings, presentations, and follow up on inquiries to convert prospects into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with
clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and key decision-makers
.
- Maintain an updated
sales pipeline and customer database
using CRM tools.
- Prepare business reports, presentations, and market analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of proposals and customer requirements.
- Travel regularly to customer locations for business development activities.
