HRBP / HR Generalist (1–4 Years of Experience) – Bangalore
We’re looking for a proactive and people-oriented HRBP, 1–4 years of experience to join our Bangalore team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for open roles — sourcing, screening, coordination, and offer closure.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for recent hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and ensure smooth HR documentation.
- Assist in tracking attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination with the central HR team.
- Help execute employee engagement activities and drive internal communication.
- Provide basic HR support to the team and escalate issues where needed.
- Contribute ideas to enhance recruitment branding and the overall employee experience.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in HR, preferably with a focus on recruitment or generalist operations.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Graduate from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute; post-graduation in HR is a plus.
- Based in Bangalore and comfortable working from the office for 5 days a week
