Role & responsibilities

Business Development
- Develop recent business opportunities in export markets.
- Identify and acquire new API customers through market research, networking, exhibitions, and customer visits.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, distributors, and trading companies.
- Prepare annual business plans and sales forecasts.

Sales & Marketing
- Achieve sales and profitability targets for assigned territories.
- Promote the company's API portfolio to existing and prospective customers.
- Handle pricing discussions, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Generate inquiries, quotations, and convert leads into commercial orders.
- Ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.

Customer Relationship Management
- Manage key customer accounts across regulated and semi-regulated markets.
- Address customer queries related to quality, documentation, logistics, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure high levels of customer retention and satisfaction.

Cross-functional Coordination




- Coordinate with R&D; for new product development opportunities.
- Work with Regulatory Affairs for DMF, CEP, GMP, and customer documentation.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Manufacturing for production planning and on-time deliveries.
- Coordinate with Finance for payment follow-up and credit management.

International Marketing
- Participate in international exhibitions such as CPHI and other pharma events.
- Conduct overseas customer visits and business development activities.
- Expand business in markets including Europe, Latin America, MENA, Asia-Pacific, CIS, and other strategic regions.

Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare monthly sales reports, pipeline status, forecasts, and market intelligence reports.
- Monitor KPIs including sales growth, customer acquisition, order conversion, and profitability.
