About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to expand Realply’s market presence across India. This role involves extensive travel, dealer engagement, and market development to drive sales growth and strengthen brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand dealer/distributor network across assigned territories
- Travel extensively (15 - 20 days/month) to meet dealers, architects, contractors, and channel partners
- Generate new business opportunities
- Maintain robust relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
- Conduct market surveys to identify new markets, trends, and competitor activities
- Promote company products (veneers, plywood, decorative panels, etc.)
