Job Overview
Denzour Nutrition Private Limited is a growing health and nutrition company committed to delivering high-quality nutritional and health supplement products to consumers across India. As we scale our digital and e-commerce presence, we are looking for a seasoned marketing leader to own and drive our performance marketing and digital commerce engine.
We are looking for a Junior Accounts Executive to join our finance and accounts team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting, good knowledge of Tally and MS Excel, and a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
The role will involve managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, handling invoices and reconciliations, and supporting the senior accounts team with regular finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
- Handle sales and purchase invoices, bills, receipts, payments, and expenses.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, vouchers, bills, and other accounting documents.
- Assist with GST and TDS-related accounting and documentation.
- Track outstanding payments and coordinate with customers/vendors when required.
- Prepare basic MIS and accounting reports.
- Assist with monthly closing and audit-related requirements.
- Ensure all accounting transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing, payments, and other finance-related matters.
- Perform other accounting and finance tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in B.Com, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Good working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliation.
