Civil Engineering Manager Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee the design and construction of civil infrastructure projects
- Manage and mentor a team of civil engineers and technical staff
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Conduct site inspections and evaluations
- Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and government agencies
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation
- Monitor project budgets and control costs
- Resolve technical issues and provide creative solutions
- Ensure the quality control and assurance of engineering practices
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams
- Review and approve engineering designs and plans
