Position OverviewAs an Account Manager at BMW Lutyens Motorrad, you will oversee financial compliance, day-to-day dealership accounting, revenue tracking, and vendor/customer billing operations. You will work closely with executive leadership, sales, and service teams to ensure robust financial integrity, exact inventory accounting, and smooth cash-flow management for premium BMW Motorrad motorcycles, accessories, and after-sales services.
Key Responsibilities1. Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and audit invoices for motorcycle sales, spare parts, merchandise, and service repairs.
- Maintain accurate inventory accounting for new bikes, pre-owned vehicles, powerwear, and accessories.

2. Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9), TDS deductions, and statutory returns.




- Coordinate internal and external financial audits and respond to compliance queries.
- Ensure adherence to OEM financial protocols and dealership accounting guidelines set by BMW Motorrad India.

3. Cash Flow & Financial Reporting
- Monitor daily cash flow, showroom petty cash, customer receipts, and bank deposits.
- Prepare weekly and monthly balance sheets, P&L; statements, budget variance reports, and MIS reports for dealership leadership.
- Manage customer financing payouts and coordinate with partner banks and NBFCs for loan disbursements.

4. Billing & Customer / Vendor Coordination
- Manage key accounts, high-net-worth individual (HNI) payments, and vendor settlements.
- Coordinate with sales advisors and service managers to track pending receivables and resolve invoicing discrepancies.
- Ensure prompt processing of warranty claims, insurance payouts, and spare parts billing.
