We are looking for a young, enthusiastic and result-oriented fresher to join our team as an Online Bidding & Business Development Executive.

The ideal candidate should be interested in exploring online business opportunities, communicating with potential clients, and learning how digital agencies acquire projects through freelancing platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify relevant projects for Website Development, WordPress, Shopify, SEO, GEO/AEO and Digital Marketing on freelancing platforms.
- Prepare and submit professional, customized proposals/bids according to the client's requirements.
- Research potential clients and understand their project requirements before submitting proposals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients through platform messaging and email.
- Respond professionally to client enquiries and coordinate with the technical team to understand project requirements.
- Maintain a database of submitted proposals, leads, responses, meetings and conversions.




- Track bidding performance and identify which types of projects generate better responses.
- Coordinate with management for pricing, proposals and project discussions.
- Explore new freelancing platforms and online channels for generating business leads.

- LinkedIn
- Other relevant B2B and freelancing platforms

Skills Required
- Good written and spoken English.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Basic understanding of websites and digital marketing.
- Ability to understand client requirements.
- Good internet research skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to write professional proposals and messages.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
