Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Caller at Texinvento Fashion Exports. The Caller will handle outbound and inbound calls with customers, buyers, and partners to share product information, clarify requirements, and support order processing. Daily responsibilities include following up on leads, confirming order details,



collecting feedback, and maintaining accurate call records in internal systems. The Caller will coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure timely communication, resolve basic inquiries, and escalate complex issues when needed. The role also involves adhering to communication guidelines, meeting call targets, and contributing to a positive customer experience.
