Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Officer / KYC Analyst to support merchant onboarding and compliance operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, validating, and verifying merchant documentation, conducting risk assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and facilitating a seamless onboarding experience for merchants seeking payment and financial services.

The role requires solid analytical skills, knowledge of KYC and AML regulations, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized universities (B.Com, BBA, BMS, BBM, MBA (Finance/Marketing), Banking & Finance, Commerce or Business Administration

Experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Merchant Onboarding, KYC Verification, AML Compliance, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), or Risk Operations.
- Experience in FinTech, Payment Gateway,



Banking, Insurance, NBFC, Broking, or Financial Services organizations preferred.
