Black & Grey HR is hiring for a well-established contracting company based in the Middle East. Our client is looking for an Architectural Team Lead to lead the architectural team in delivering high-rise mixed-use projects while ensuring design quality, technical coordination, BIM compliance, and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise architects, BIM modellers, and drafting teams.
Oversee architectural design development and technical documentation.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, façade, and project management teams.
Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
Ensure compliance with local codes, project specifications, and QA/QC standards.
Support BIM coordination, clash detection/resolution, and constructability reviews.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of architectural outputs.




Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
Provide technical guidance and support to the architectural team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
7–10 years of relevant experience in contracting/construction companies.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a team leadership role.
Strong experience in high-rise mixed-use projects.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
Solid knowledge of architectural design, technical documentation, and BIM coordination.
Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
