Your new role
As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will play a central role in designing, developing, and maintaining solutions across the ServiceNow platform – with a primary focus on the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) application. You will combine hands-on development with day-to-day operational support, ensuring our platform remains stable, scalable, and ready to serve colleagues across the globe.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Designing and maintaining ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations end to end across modules including HRSD, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and PPM
- Configuring, developing, and customizing applications to meet evolving business requirements using best practices for performance, security, and upgrade-safe development
- Building and maintaining integrations with third-party tools and data sources using APIs, REST/SOAP, and scheduled imports




- Owning the full development lifecycle – from requirements gathering and solution design through build, test, deployment, and ongoing support
- Providing day-to-day production support including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
- Implementing and utilizing AI features within workflows to enhance development and support capabilities
- Collaborating with Product Owners, Architects, system managers, and business stakeholders globally
- Managing Change, Release, and deployments via update sets while upholding coding, security, and QMS standards
