We are looking for a General Administration, Sales & Marketing Intern who can support day-to-day office activities while gaining hands-on exposure to sales, marketing, client coordination and business operations.
Key Responsibilities1. General Administration
- Support daily administrative and operational activities.
- Maintain records, documents, reports and databases.
- Coordinate with internal teams for routine requirements.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, follow-ups and maintaining calendars.
- Support preparation of MIS reports and operational updates.
- Manage basic office coordination and documentation.
- Assist HR and management with administrative tasks when required.
2. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and research potential clients through online and offline channels.
- Generate and maintain sales leads.
- Make introductory calls and follow up with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the relevant team.
- Schedule meetings and business discussions.
- Maintain lead and follow-up information in CRM/Excel.
- Support the Business Development team in achieving lead-generation and appointment targets.
3. Marketing
- Assist in executing digital and offline marketing activities.
- Support social media content planning and basic content creation.
- Assist with LinkedIn research, lead generation and prospect identification.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research
