Role & responsibilities:
- Manage end - to - end procurement of mechanical bulk materials such as pipes, fittings, flanges, valves etc. for Green Field Oil & Gas projects.
- Prepare RFQs, evaluate bids, conduct commercial negotiations and issue purchase orders.
- Coordinate with engineering project, construction, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Develop and manage suppliers' relationships, monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to quality, HSE, and contractual requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, contract terms and project specifications.
- Support vendor development, cost optimization and risk mitigation initiatives.
- Maintain procurement record, reports, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred candidate profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Project Procurement in Green Field projects with Oil and Gas sector.
- Robust knowledge of sourcing, contract management, vendor negotiations and project procurement.
- Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP / EPICOR .
