We are looking for an experienced SEO Team Lead who can lead SEO strategies, manage client accounts, mentor team members, and stay ahead of the evolving search landscape.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute SEO strategies across multiple client accounts.
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO plans based on business objectives.
- Handle Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Link Building.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, SEO audits, and content optimization.
- Develop strategies for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) across AI-driven search platforms.
- Optimize content for AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity, and other emerging search experiences.
- Implement Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)



strategies to improve visibility in featured snippets, People Also Ask, and other SERP features.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and overall SEO performance.
- Analyze data using Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.
- Prepare SEO performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
- Identify technical and content-related SEO issues and coordinate with developers/content teams for implementation.
- Mentor and guide junior SEO team members.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, AI search developments, GEO, and AEO.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO experience is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing SEO campaigns for multiple websites or client accounts.
- Strong understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Link Building.
- Hands-on experience with GEO and AEO is highly preferred.
