Key Responsibilities
- ERP System Management: Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of
- ERP software to ensure smooth operation and alignment with business needs.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve ERP-related issues, including system bugs, data inconsistencies, and user problems.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with finance, HR, operations, and IT teams to understand requirements and ensure the ERP system supports all business functions.
- Training and Mentorship: Conduct training sessions for staff, guide users, and promote adoption of ERP tools.
- Data Integrity and Reporting: Ensure accurate: data entry, maintain data quality, and generate reports to support business decisions.
- Third-Party Software: Integrate ERP systems with other software applications.
- End-Users : Collaborate with end-users to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation related to ERP processes and configurations

Required Qualifications




- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience: Typically 4-5 years in ERP system management, software implementation, or IT support roles
- Certifications (Optional but Advantageous): ERP-specific certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate or Oracle Certified Professional, and project management credentials.

Skills and Competencies
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics; SQL knowledge; system integration; and basic analytics.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and optimize business processes.
