We are looking for an experienced SRE / Observability Architect with strong expertise in monitoring, cloud-native technologies, automation, and AI-driven operations.

Must-Have Skills:
New Relic – Mandatory
5+ years in Observability / Monitoring
2+ years in AI/ML or AIOps
Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Splunk, Datadog / BigPanda
AWS / Azure / GCP & Kubernetes / EKS
Python, Bash, Terraform, Ansible
CI/CD & DevOps automation
Metrics, Logs, Traces, Distributed Tracing & AIOps
GenAI – OpenAI, Azure OpenAI or AWS Bedrock
AI/Agentic AI, Intelligent Alerting, Predictive Analytics & Automated RCA
API Integrations and MLOps concepts

Good to Have:
New Relic / Cloud / Kubernetes certifications
Security, IAM & RBAC knowledge
Responsible AI and AI governance
Experience building custom ML-based operational pipelines
Agile/Scrum/Kanban experience
