Marketing Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Email, Website, etc.)

Coordinate content creation for blogs, case studies, social media posts, and email newsletters

Monitor and optimize performance of lead generation activities using tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.

Manage the companys website content and ensure SEO best practices

Organize and promote webinars, events, and thought leadership campaigns

Work with vendors, designers, and developers to create promotional assets

Support the sales team with marketing collateral like pitch decks, brochures, and product datasheets

HR Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding

Maintain HR records, offer letters, and employee documentation

Organize employee engagement activities, team outings, birthday/anniversary celebrations, etc.

Maintain attendance and leave records using HRMS tools

Support performance management and appraisal documentation

Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure a positive work culture

Coordinate with external consultants or freelancers (HR/legal/compliance) when needed
