Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Barara, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the client base for BULK SMS INDIA’s cloud communication solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise customers and partners,



and presenting tailored solutions that address client communication needs. The role involves conducting market and competitive research, preparing proposals and commercial offers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth onboarding and account management in collaboration with internal teams. The Business Development Manager will also track sales performance, report key metrics, and provide feedback to product and marketing teams to refine offerings and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in business development, B2B sales, lead generation, and account management.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze customer requirements, and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
