Role & responsibilities :
- Provide expert advice on UK visa categories (Student, Visitor, Work, Dependent, etc.)
- Assess client profiles to determine eligibility and suitable visa options
- Assist clients in preparing and reviewing visa application forms and supporting documents
- Ensure all documentation meets UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) requirements
- Keep up to date with changes in UK immigration rules and policies
- Guide clients on interview preparation (if applicable)
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and application progress
- Coordinate with universities, employers, and other stakeholders when needed
- Handle client queries professionally via phone, email, or in person
- Ensure high levels of customer service and client satisfaction.
- Candidates must achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets related to visa applications, conversions, and client satisfaction.
