Job Description We are looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Manager to manage daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of our stores/business operations. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise day-to-day operations. Handle store operations and ensure smooth store functioning. Manage sales activities and support the sales team. Build good relationships with customers and convince people effectively. Coordinate with staff and ensure proper workflow. Maintain store discipline, inventory, and operational records. Handle operational issues and find effective solutions. Ensure achievement of sales and operational targets. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in operations/store management. Good knowledge of sales and customer handling. Solid communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent convincing and negotiation skills. Good knowledge of how to manage and run a store. Leadership and team-management abilities. Responsible, confident, and result-oriented.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
