We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for providing safe, compassionate, and quality nursing care to patients while maintaining hospital standards and protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients as per doctors’ instructions and hospital protocols.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and health conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately.
- Assist doctors during procedures and examinations.
- Maintain proper patient records and nursing documentation.
- Ensure infection-control and patient-safety practices are followed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, doctors, and other healthcare staff.
- Handle emergency situations appropriately.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the nursing unit.
- Follow hospital policies, procedures, and professional nursing standards.
Eligibility
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing qualification.
- Valid nursing registration.
- Hospital experience preferred.
- Freshers may also be considered based on the hospital's requirements.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
