Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Electrical to lead and manage the Electrical operations within the E & I department of our cement plant.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Electrical team to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of electrical systems and equipment (motors, drives, transformers, switchgears, MCCs, VFDs, etc.).
- Coordinate with instrumentation and automation teams for smooth E & I functioning.
- Develop maintenance schedules and SOPs for critical equipment.
- Evaluate and implement up-to-date electrical technologies and upgrades.
- Ensure availability of spares and inventory for critical electrical components.
- Lead or assist in major plant shutdowns, upgrades, and project execution.
- Collaborate with other departments (mechanical, production, instrumentation, etc.) for seamless operations.
